Policies for Students
Attendance Policy
Learning is a continuous process that requires consistency and dedication. Our teachers allocate their time specifically for each student, ensuring a structured learning environment. To maintain an effective schedule, we request students to adhere to the following attendance policies:
- If you are unable to attend a class, please inform us at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. This will allow you to reschedule your class without deducting hours from your subscription.
- If a student is absent for three consecutive classes without prior notice, their classes will be marked as suspended to preserve their paid hours. These hours can be utilized upon their return.
- If a student is absent for two months without any notice, any remaining hours will be non-refundable upon their return.
- If a teacher is unavailable for a scheduled lesson, we will provide an alternate teacher to ensure no disruption in progress.
- In cases where a teacher is on long leave or has left the institute, we will assign a permanent alternate teacher who is equally qualified and competent.

Personal Data Protection
At SAIOI, safeguarding students’ privacy and personal data is our top priority. We ensure that students' information remains confidential and is never shared with third parties. To maintain a safe and secure learning environment, please adhere to the following:
- Do not share your personal contact details with any of our teaching staff to avoid any unforeseen issues.
- Do not request personal contact details from teachers. SAIOI is not responsible for any interactions outside our official virtual or physical boundaries.
- If you require learning materials or additional resources, kindly contact our admin staff, who are always available to assist you.
- If you seek an Islamic solution for a personal or professional matter, please reach out to our certified Aalims by emailing ask@saioi.net. Not all teachers are qualified to provide religious guidance.
Payment System
Students are required to pay in advance for their selected class schedule every month. Once the allocated hours for the paid month are completed, an invoice will be issued for the next subscription cycle. For convenience, students can opt for a recurring payment method, which is safe and hassle-free.
